Landscape Design & Master Planning

Every property has its own possibilities. LandForm Partners begins with your goals and a close reading of the site, shaping gardens and outdoor living spaces through balance, rhythm, color and scale.

Our design work considers views, privacy, sun and shade, drainage, circulation, planting and lighting. We weigh these opportunities alongside building requirements, budget and phasing, creating a plan that can move thoughtfully into landscape construction. We work throughout Fairfield County and across Connecticut.

Landscape Master Plans

Developed collaboratively with our clients, a master plan brings the property’s outdoor spaces into one overall vision and establishes how the individual elements work together.

Conceptual Overlays

Quick sketches layered over your property’s base map let us test different ideas, refine the layout and explore the relationships between proposed landscape elements.

Landscape Sketches

Simple line drawings make the core design ideas easy to discuss before the finer details are resolved. These studies inform the final plans and construction documents.
